Had a meal of chicken.nuggets at hafan y mor and the whole family ended up with sickness and the runs. The children were really sick. Ruined the holiday. Avoid or expect to be ill.

Ordered pizzas from Littlehampton at 7pm; phoned at 8.10 as they hadn't arrived, to be told one of their ovens was down and my order would be another 20 minutes. Phoned again at 8.35. This time I was told they were short staffed (no mention of oven). Pizzas eventually arrived at 8.50. They were cold and chewy and had obviously been sitting on the side for at least half an hour.

If I could rate 0 star I would. Ordered a garden party pizza and received a margherita! Called the store 8 times and no reply (all photographic evidence of course for both calls and pizza) my kids said they prefer Domino’s and I said no let’s have Papa Johns - never again will I waste my money on them!

Ordered through UberEats, the poor driver waited at the restaurant for 1h30m, only for Papa Johns Barnstaple to cancel the order after 2hrs of waiting. Really feel sorry for the delivery driver, who could have earned money from multiple other orders. Papa Johns kept putting the phone down when trying to reach them and when we did, were rude and unapologetic. First time I ordered from them. Never again!

Ordered two extra large pizza deal.
One off the pizza's just tasted of tomato puree.
Filled in a customer review form and ask to be contacted about my bad experience ...... guess what..... no one bothered to call me

Worst Pizza that I have ever had and also not the cheapest.
Shame on you PayPal John.
Won't be ordering anything again from you.

New Papa John's in Barnstaple
Gave it ago was told an hour 2 3/4 hours later after several phone calls pizza turned up wrong starter pizzas tasted like rubber very poor service.will go back to dominoes

Had a treat for local youth and not only this store deal with a last minute large order but manager Lee ensured he included a few extras to please the kids. He was even part of the 3 people moped team who delivered the goods. (What manager does that!) Pizza cookies and brownies were lush.... Thank you very much to Lee and team.

Reward system is flawed. I am a single person ordering food for one. But when I finally earn enough points to get a free pizza I am forced to add a further £14 worth of food just to get them to deliver it. Just add a delivery fee if you must! Though these types of pizza places are extremely expensive for pizza when you compare to authentic pizza restaurants charging £7-11.

Don’t know what’s happening with these just lately but I used to order from them quite a lot and their pizzas used to be really nice but the last few occasions and I will never learn my lesson here but they were absolutely disgusting hardly any cheese hardly any flavour yet the prices have increased seems like less ingredients and you are charging us more should be ashamed of yourselves will never order from you again. Ordered on the app straightaway it said it was in the oven 10 minutes late it said it was on his way 36 minutes later it turned up lukewarm so I phoned up and they said there’s nothing they can do because the order was already made absolutely pathetic. I bet this review doesn’t get published

Ordered a pizza one evening that arrived 12 hours later. Shocked would be an understatement.

So yummy ? I’ve been ordering from my local Papa Johns and every time I order my food is delivered within 30 minutes and it’s always hot and it tastes amazing.

Cold pizza, chewy chicken and cold hard potato tots like they’ve not been cooked right. I ordered a half and half, Hawaiian and chicken club and received Hawaiian and bbq chicken. They didn’t even get the order right let alone it being gross. It was on checking and cutting for 15 mins so no wonder it was cold.

Order was late so pizza was luke warm and chewy. Also got given the wrong drink but I took it anyway as I was so hungry and couldn't be bothered to ring the store to try and sort it. Second time in a row has been terrible, won't bother again.

Yet again placed order only for it to be cancelled for no reason but advised to contact store - call store and rings out repeatedly - why did I not call dominos!

First and last time order.
Ordered a deal from Horsham West Sussex Papajohns.
Pizza dripping in grease cold sides cold.
Went straight in bin.
You could not eat it was absolutely awful.
Been waiting fair time so had something else. Will not buy or recommend.
